For our team at RTNI, we live in the community we serve and really strive to make a difference in these individual’s lives. We don’t just “show up for ministry” then leave. We live here. We know, and sometimes experience, the pain of our community and neighbors. We don’t keep relationships at arm’s length. It’s not about the books we’ve read or classes we’ve taken, rather the relationships we have.
